Noir is the latest in a series of successful collaborations between JS Sullivan Development and Creative Director Alan Tse. Named to the 2017 Design Vanguard by Architectural Record magazine, Tse is recognized as a true innovator who approaches design with the intensity and deep understanding of contemporary design. “There will be an underlying modernity in the lines and composition, layered with a very elevated palette of materials and finishes,” says Tse.

 

Throughout Noir, you’ll find expressions of understated quality and a spacious ease, the signature tenets of Tse’s refined design philosophy. Upon arrival, the ground floor boutique-style lobby makes an elegant first impression that is continued through the elevator interior and up to the private entry vestibules for each of the 7-residences.

 

Topping it all is a shared rooftop terrace, with panoramic views and a built-in entertainment zone with barbeque, providing another dimension to Noir living. Private parking is available with each unit, completing a focused range of amenities.
